Please could the questionnaire's given out at the last meeting re trophies/crystal be returned at the August captain's meeting. Spare copies available on tab to left.

 

If you get an 8 ball clearance the onus is on the player who got it to ensure the details are entered correctly on the result card. The witnesses need to be the opposing player and the referee. These details need to be printed (not signed) on the card. If these details are illegible or incorrect the point will not be given. There will not be a right of appeal on this.

Each week on the website there will be a link called the Fixtures Report. This is a weekly report detailing late cards, unregistered players and non-fielding of teams etc. Each week has it's own tab at the bottom of it so you can go to correct week to find if there are any problems concerning you or your team. Please check this information before you ring the Fixtures Secretary regarding any points disputes.
